Our approach to design, and the business thereof, is an eclectic combination of education, experience and ability, inspired by sources from classic to vernacular, from the Bauhaus to “Bewitched” to the Beastie Boys. Most importantly, our approach to every project is determined by each client’s unique needs and goals, which we work diligently to comprehend and refine. To do so, we prefer a direct, down-to-Earth angle – skipping the flow charts, forms and focus groups in favor of face-to-face conversations on-site, over coffee – or a cold one. Once we’ve determined an appropriate direction and course of action, every decision in the ensuing process is made in pursuit of that client’s “coherent image.”

As a rule, DMMD does not pursue praise for it’s own sake, preferring results over awards as our benchmark for success. That said, we are proud to have been recognized for excellence in Marketing and Graphic Design by some of the leading organizations and publications in our profession.

Dylan Moore is the Founder, Principal and Creative Director of DMMD. Dylan has served on the AAF-Houston Board of Directors for 4 years, and currently holds the position of Chairman. A founding member of the Houston chapter of The American Institute of Graphic Arts, he served that organization as a Director from 1997 through 2003, and as its President from 2000 to 2003. He is also a founding member and former President of the University of Houston Graphic Alumni Partnership, and has served as Adjunct Faculty in the University of Houston’s Graphic Design program. A 1993 graduate of the University of Houston, he consistently ensures that he and the firm contribute time and resources to such causes as The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Today’s Harbor for Children, The Tejano Center, The ALS Association of Texas and others.
